Signature Trail in the Paznaun – Ischgl bike region
The starting point is the top station of the Flimjochbahn. From there, the trail initially follows a track towards Saalaserkopf and is classified as a blue trail of moderate difficulty in this section. The route continues past the striking Schwarze Wand through the Höllkar to the Sassgalunkopf, where flowing bends and North Shore elements add extra variety. From the Melkstand, the route then leads gently along a track to the middle station of the Silvrettabahn. In total, the Höllkar Trail covers around 6 kilometres of descent and 1,189 metres of elevation gain.
