Signature Trail in Kirchberg in Tyrol
If you follow the single trail named after cross-country World Cup icon Lisi Osl, you will experience unique downhill fun on the Gaisberg in Kirchberg. This 2.3-kilometre trail, which bears the name of the famous local heroine, starts right at the mountain station of the Gaisbergbahn cable car at 1,270 metres above sea level. The route, which is largely left in its natural state, stretches over an altitude difference of around 410 metres and offers flowing sections as well as numerous excellent hairpin bends. Beginners can gain their first experience here with berms, easy steps or root passages, while experienced mountain bikers have the opportunity to use the steps for jumps. The medium-difficulty trail, which is classified as difficulty level S2 throughout, offers both mountain bike pros and trail beginners plenty of fun thanks to its varied character.
