Signature Trail in San Vigilio, South Tyrol
The Piz de Plaies Trail winds down from San Vigilio’s home mountaint, the Kronplatz. Here it is all about inhaling the picturesque landscape of the UNESCO world heritage site Dolomites.
You need not worry about the best way to reach the Piz de Plaies Trail. It is easily accessible with the Pedagà gondola. Just a few metres below the mountain station, the trail fun starts. The flowtrail winds down the mountain with many curves. Besides the curves, also jumps and steep passages await. Some mountain bikers would call the Piz de Plaies Trail a masterpiece. We call it „Signature Trail“ and add it in our list of „the best trails of the Alps“.
